TENTH ANNIVERSARY GALA 2012

TENTH ANNIVERSARY GALA 2012:  this GALA commemorated the Tenth Anniversary of Labdara nursing home (2002-1012) and took place on June 2, 1012 at the  Palais Royale on Toronto's waterfront. Labdara has maintained its excellent reputation as a full-care nursing facility for 90 residents - because of its continued success in providing a culturally sensitive environment, a highly trained and skilled nursing staff as well as specialized nutritional care services, life-enrichment and social programs.  The facilities for the comfort and safety of its residents are continually improving.  Since Labdara is the only Lithuanian long-term-care facility in Canada, it is very much in demand in the community.  Funds raised at this Gala bought new electric beds and mattresses and lifts for all 90 residents of the nursing home.  Organizing Committee Co-chairs: Mary Anne Kuslikis and Angela Abromaitis.
