2019 AGM

LABDARA FOUNDATION’s AGM: took place at the Nursing Home on Tuesday, April 9, 2019.  38 Foundation members were in attendance for the annual meeting.  Officers of the Board of Directors, the Home’s Manager ACC President Robert Berg, Home Administrator Laura Puteris and the Auditors presented reports.  Three Board Directors, collectively contributed a total of 17 years of volunteer service to the Home.  They completed their terms and did not stand for re-election.   Bouquets of flowers were given with sincere thanks to: Ray Smolskis (served 8 years), Julija Simonelis (served 6 years) and Rauda Dickinson (served 3 years).  Our Treasurer, Virginia Peciulis was re-elected for another 3 year term and three newly elected Foundation members were welcomed to the Board: Rasa Kapeniak, Algimantas Nakrosius (former Board member) and Elena Lelis (former staff at Labdara after a 3 year hiatus).  We welcome them to the Board of Directors.
